Working schedule: 6 days per week, 10 - 12 hours per day

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Gender: FEMALE
• preferred FILIPINO
• Age: maximum 38 years old
• Prior experience in 5* restaurants – minimum 3 years
• MUST LIVE IN DUBAI, UAE (or a GCC country, willing to relocate to Dubai)
• No criminal records and non-security restrictions.
• English speaker
• Non smoker, alcohol and drugs free.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
• Assisting with preparing sauces, dressings, and other food items.
• Portioning and assembling dishes.
• Storing food items properly and following food safety guidelines.
• Washing dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, equipment, and the kitchen floor.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Disposing of trash and waste properly.
• Assisting with the unloading and storing of deliveries.
• Supporting chefs and cooks as needed.
• Stocking supplies and organizing the kitchen.
• Assisting with inventory management.
• May also assist with serving meals or setting tables.
